How to Enjoy Ramadan with Menstruation?
You can stay connected to your spirituality by engaging in various activities and acts. Here are some ideas.
Make a lot of dua during Ramadan when you are menstruating. The Prophet (peace is upon him) said that:
“Supplication, the essence of worship,” [ Tirmidhi ]
Also, he said:
“Verily, supplications are worship.” [Reported by the four Imams at-Tirmidhi classified it as Sahih].
Make duas all day long. This is an action that will reward you greatly and increase your connection with Allah (SWT). Allah Almighty says it in the Quran
{Your Lord says to you: “Call on Me, and I will answer you.” } (Quran 40:60)
Call upon Allah, and make Dua to yourself for everything you need here and in the afterlife, and Dua to your parents, your family, your deceased loved ones, the poor, the oppressed, and the Ummah.

It is essential to remember Allah in many ways. The best way to worship Allah is by placing Him. This includes uttering His Name, thanking Him, and glorifying Him.
Keep in mind the following essential Hadiths when you are preparing for this event:
The Prophet said:
“Should not I inform you of the purest of your deeds with your Master and the highest in your ranks? And what is better than spending gold and silver, or meeting your enemy, striking their necks, and having them strike your necks?” “The remembrance [of Allah] [Most-High].” Then Mu’adh Bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased) said: “There’s nothing that can save you from Allah’s punishment more than
And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said
“When people gather to remember Allah, angels surround (with their wings), Allah’s mercy envelopes them, tranquility falls upon them, and Allah mentions them in front of those near Him.” [ Muslim ]
Also, the Messenger of Allah said
If he remembers me inwardly, I will remember him inwardly. And if he recalls Me during an assembly, I will be reminded of him. If he thinks of Me inwardly, I will also remember him, and if it is in an assembly, I will do the same.
You can buy or prepare food to feed someone who is fasting.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stated:
“He that gives a person fasting something to break their fast will receive the same reward, and not lessen the reward for the other.” [ at-Tirmidhi ].
Ramadan is a time for many excellent, enriching things to be done.
You will always be spiritually lifted if you focus on Allah, learn about Him, connect with Him, serve His slaves, etc.
