- Fast is strongly beneficial for patients who have fatty liver. The fasting period extends without permitting any food consumption. When fasting takes place the body metabolizes the stored fat benefiting the health of the liver.

- Patients with liver conditions should select rooti and fruits together with vegetables as their food should replace junk and oily eating options. The healthcare plan requires patients to drink enough water and consume high-fibre vegetables throughout evening hours beginning in early evening until before resting for sleep.
- Regular medication patients can take their first daily dose at sehri time while the midday dosage during iftar and their evening prescription at bedtime.
