Dear Brother and Sisters in Islam, The second pillar of Islam is prayer (Salat). Salah for Muslims, is physically experienced with the whole body.
There are specific steps, instructions, and actions. It is another aspect of Muslim and New Muslims life must . The Salah pillar includes the actions daily prayers (salat) as well as personal prayer (du’a, Supplications ).
Muslims perform Namaz five times a day: just before dawn, mid-day, just before the sun sets, and after the sun sets, and at night. Other special prayers are performed with the two main annual Muslim function (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha)

How to Perform Salat al Zuhr
How to Perform the Four Rakats () Zuhr Namaz
- First make the Niyyah of the Namaz by reciting “I intend to perform The Two Rakats Sunnah of Zuhr Namaz before the Kabah Part Of The Zuhr Namaz “
- You say takbir “Allahu Akbar (الله أكبر) ” This starts the Zuhr prayer.
- Begin reciting “Subhanaka (سُبْحَـنَكَ)”
- After you say: “Audhu billahi min-ash-shayta -nir-rajeem Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim (أعوذُ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ, بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ )”
- Reciting Surah Al-Fatiha
- Another portion (Surah) of the Holy Qur’an.
- Go into Ruku and You say “Subahaana Rabbiyal Azeem سبحان ربي العظيم “
- Stand up when you says “Sami Allahu liman Hamidah (سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى)”, and say “Rabbana lakal Hamd ربنا ولك الحمد ” in a low voice.
- Go into the 1st Sajdah in Namaz and say “Subahaana Rabbiyal Aa’la سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى “
- Now sit-up from Sajdah in jalsa position
- Now go into the 2nd Sajdah and You say “Subahaana Rabbiyal Aa’la سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى “
- Rise up to start to the next raka’at,
- You say “Bismilah-ir-Rahman-raheem بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ”
- Reciting Surah Al-Fatiha of the Holy Quran
- Another Aya (Surah) of the Holy Qur’an.
- Go into Ruku and You say “Subahaana Rabbiyal Azeem سبحان ربي العظيم “
- Stand up when you says “Sami Allahu liman Hamidah .سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ “, and say “Rabbana lakal Hamd”.
- Go into the 1st Sajdah of the Salah and You say “Subahana Rabiyal Aa’la”
- Now sit-up from the first Sajdah in jalsa (Between First and The Second Sajda )
- Now go into the 2nd Sajdah in the Salah and You say “Subahaana Rabbiyal Aa’la”
- After this, you sit and the complete recite تَشَهُّدٌ : You recite At-tahiyyat التَّحِيَّاتُ, Allah-umma salli, Allah-umma Barik and Rabbana.
Transliteration: At-tahiyyaatu Lillahi, az-zakiyaatu Lillaahi, al-tayibaatu Lillaahi, al-salawaatu Lillaahi. As-salamu ‘alayka ayuha’n-Nabiyyu wa rahmat-Alaahi wa barakatuhu. As-salaamu ‘alayna wa ‘ala ‘ibaad-Illaah is-saliheen. Ash-hadu an laa ilaha ill-Allaah wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasooluhu
After That in Third Rakat of the Zuhr prayer You will be Stand Up and Perform All steps. Dear Now You will be complete the Third Rakat and then You will be stand up for the Four Rakat of the Namaz and after completed the Four Rakat then You will not stand up although You will read At tahiyyat and Darood Sharif and then Salam.
- Turning to your face to the right first and saying “Assalamu alaikum wa Rahmatullah اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم ُ” and then to his left and اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ
كيفية أداء الركعات الأربع () ظهر نماز
- ركعة ظهر نماز
- اصنع نية النماز أولاً بقول “أنوي أداء ركعتين من سنة ظهر نماز قبل الكعبة الجزء من ظهر نماز”
- تقول تكبير “الله أكبر (الله أكبر)” تبدأ صلاة الظهر.
- ابدأ بتلاوة “سبحاناكا (سُبْحَـنَكَ)”
- بعد أن تقول: “أعوذ بالله من الشيتا -نير-رجيم بسم الله هير الرحمن نير رحيم (أعوذُ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ ، بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنَِّحِيْمِ)”
- قراءة سورة الفاتحة
- جزء آخر (سورة) من القرآن الكريم.
- اذهب إلى الركوع وقل “سبحانه ربيال عظيم سبحان ربي العظيم”
- قم بقول “سامي الله ليمان حميده” بصوت خفيض “ربنا لكل حمد ربنا ولك الحمد”.
- اذهب إلى السجدة الأولى في نماز وقل: “سبحانه ربيال أعلى سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى”
- الآن اعتصام من السجدة بجلسة
- اذهب الآن إلى السجدة الثانية وقل “سبحانه ربيال أعلى سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى”
- ركعة النماز
- قوموا بالارتقاء إلى الركعة التالية ،
- تقول “بسملة-ir-Rahman-raheem بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ”
- قراءة سورة الفاتحة من القرآن الكريم
- آية أخرى من القرآن الكريم.
- اذهب إلى الركوع وقل “سبحانه ربيال عظيم سبحان ربي العظيم”
- قف عندما تقول “سامي الله ليمان حميده .سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ” وقل “ربانة لكال حمد”.
اذهب إلى السجدة الأولى للصلاة وقل “سبحانه ربيع أعلى”.
- الآن اعتصام من السجدة الأولى في الجلسة (بين السجدة الأولى والثانية)
- اذهب الآن إلى السجدة الثانية في الصلاة وقل “صباحنا ربيال أعلى”.
- بعد ذلك تجلس وتتلو تَشَهُّدٌ: تقرأ التحية ، والله أمة صلي ، والله أمة بريك ، وربانة.
الترجمة الحرفية: التحية لله ، الزكاة لله ، الطيبة لله ، الصلاة لله. السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. السلام علينا وعليه عباد الله صالحين. محمدان عبده ورسوله.
