Mac N Cheese
- one lb. elbow macaroni cooked
- Four tablespoons of unsalted butter
- four tablespoons of flour
- two teaspoons salt
- two teaspoons of black pepper
- one teaspoon of granulated garlic
- two teaspoons of dry mustard
- 1 quart half of and 1/2
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 cups sharp cheddar
- 2 cups mozzarella

INSTRUCTIONS
